Due to Covid19 related delays, safety protocols and an increase in carrier package volumes, order processing and delivery will take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

In stock items: estimated 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

I would highly recommend signing up for SMS updates on the USPS website to get text notifications for any updates on your package.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Stolen or missing packages marked as delivered are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and reliable. 

Packages lost in transit are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Returned packages due to incorrect address will incur a reshipment fee. 

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees.

Orders ship via DHL Express, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class International - Arrival within 1-8 weeks. Customs and receiving postal processing times will vary.  Once your package leaves the USA, we have no way of tracking the parcel.
