Bearer of Light is a sacred adornment that honors not only tradition, but transformation. Inspired by the ancestral artistry of Baule masks and handcrafted in Burkina Faso, this necklace is part of our Faces of the Divine collection — a series rooted in reverence, legacy, and spiritual knowing.

With closed eyes and a calm, symmetrical expression, the brass pendant reflects more than design — it reflects intention. In many West African cultures, masks represent spiritual gateways. They are worn not to disguise, but to reveal — the truths we carry, the ancestors we hear, the light we’re meant to spread.

Measuring approximately 5 inches in height and 3.5 inches in width, the pendant rests on a black leather cord with a 9.75-inch drop, allowing the piece to sit close to the heart — where light begins. The leather is sturdy yet soft, offering contrast to the golden brass and grounding the energy of the piece.
